Marianne Basham
Executive Director
Marianne Basham discovered her passion for caring for seniors following a life-changing event sixteen years ago. Due to that positive experience and the example of professionals in the field, Marianne began her career in healthcare in 1997. Working as a Certified Nurse Aide in a retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Marianne found that being able to affect the health and dignity of the senior population was truly a gift. Since obtaining her Personal Care Administrator license in October 2000, Marianne has served in the roles of Resident Manager, Personal Care Staff Manager, Personal Care Administrator, Senior Director, and Executive Director in communities specializing in personal care, assisted living, and dementia care in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Marianne has three daughters and has lived in Bucks County most of her life.
